Educated at The Ohio State University with a Bachelor of Science in Textile and Consumer Science and a focus in Product Development. Shari brings the softer side to the team by being the only female. As a Lead Carpenter, Jarred’s responsibilities include running daily operations of projects, scheduling, supervising on site work, as well as performing many of the required tasks each project demands.
Travis took a chance and hired Jarred on the first summer they were in business to help frame houses. It was Jarred’s first experience as a carpenter, I think both Travis & Jarred thought that this was probably just a temporary job. Who could have known Jarred would enjoy the work as much as he does. As Ketron Construction evolved, so did Jarred being a framer. Jarred’s skill set quickly expanded as we transitioned from framing houses to general contracting. During that time, Jarred found the passion for the finished detail aspect of carpentry which carries over today as a lead carpenter.
Jarred is married to his wife Sarah and has two wonderful kids; Isabel & Dylan. Jarred enjoys spending time with them, taking trips to the zoo and watching Ohio State football games. Jarred also enjoys their two French bulldogs. In his free time he loves to play golf (even though he’s not very good), making furniture, and taking classes at Marc Adam’s School of Woodworking.

As a Lead Carpenter, Lance’s responsibilities include running daily operations of projects, scheduling, supervising on site work, as well as performing many of the required tasks each project demands.
Lance grew up with tools all around, with some of his first and best memories spent with his father from a foundation hole to a dusty wood shop. For most people, the smell of fresh dirt being dug for a house foundation may be off putting, but for Lance it takes him back to a special time long ago. Since those days and for the last 24 years, Lance has been involved with construction in one way or another with a start in framing to running multiple jobs as a construction superintendent for 5 years for a well known Columbus builder. One thing that stands out to Lance is that “there are different ways to do things wrong, but few to do it right”, as long as the job is done with quality, efficiency, and the homeowners best interest in mind the project will be a success. I have heard him tell clients “in the process of building for people there will always be room for problems, but it’s the way you handle the problem that sets you apart from all the rest. Lance has a passion to give people the amazing space they deserve and with the craftsmanship that is second to none.
Lance is married to his beautiful sweetheart of 18 years and has three children. With a 15, 14, and 10 year old he stays busy with school, sports, and keeping car keys hidden to minimize joy rides. Lance truly looks forward to working with you on another great project and bringing your wishes to reality.

As a Carpenter, Corey is responsible for assisting the Lead with daily activities. Corey also works autonomously to keep things moving while the Lead conducts meetings throughout the day. Corey has spent more than 24 years as a carpenter with experience in framing, exterior trim and copper roofing.
Before joining Ketron Custom Builders, Corey started out framing homes, worked in a custom mill-work shop, and worked for a commercial framing crew while attending art school. In 1998 he began working for a historical restoration company, traveling and working on unique projects. These projects include The Westcott house; built and designed by Frank Lloyd Wright, Eddie Rickenbacker’s childhood home, Rutherford B. Corey enjoys each work day knowing there are new jobs and projects coming up. Each project is different, which keeps things interesting!
Outside of work, Corey is an avid deer hunter & fisherman. He enjoys anything outdoors; camping, riding ATV’s, disc golf, and spending time with his wife, family and dogs.
