Grayson Yanok

Craftsman

Grayson Yanok joined KCB in December of 2023 after graduating from Otterbein University with a degree in Finance. Shortly after graduating, Grayson decided to enter the construction industry. As a craftsman with KCB, Grayson enjoys the carpentry aspects of our complex builds. Outside of work, he spends time with his family, friends and puppy named Kaiser.

Corey Benton

Craftsman

Corey Benton joined KCB in February of 2015 and brings over 30 years of experience to our team. Prior to joining KCB, he worked in various arenas including copper roofing, framing and historical restoration. Corey enjoys doing quality work and making clients happy. When not working, he enjoys spending time with his wife and daughter as well as grilling, hunting and collecting ancient artifacts.

Dustin Mauk

Craftsman

Dustin Mauk joined KCB in January of 2011. He has a degree in Construction Management from Colorado State University and a certificate in Fine Wood Working from Red Rocks College. Dustin is also trained in auto CAD and plays an influential role in our design build process. Outside of work, Dustin finds himself traveling, hiking, grilling and enjoying time with his wife Jen.

Dave Weston

Lead Craftsman

Dave Weston found KCB in April of 2005 by way of a newspaper advertisement after he moved from his home state of Pennsylvania to Ohio. He has been working in construction since he started as a laborer in the masonry field at 17 years old. Dave is a Lead Craftsman and enjoys the finer details of carpentry along with the personal connections he gets to build with clients while managing their projects. In his free time, Dave enjoys spending time with his wife and two daughters. He is an avid sport shooter, hunter and football fan.

Jarred Wilson

Lead Craftsman

Jarred Wilson joined KCB in July of 1999. As our longest-tenured employee, Jarred has served many of his years as a Lead Craftsman. Jarred is an exceptional craftsman who excels in large scale complex projects. His passion for the industry lies in the process of building the clients dream home from the ground up. Outside of work, Jarred can be found traveling with his wife Sarah, to watch their two children play softball and baseball. They are also avid Ohio State football fans.

Mason Ketron

Project Manager

Mason Ketron joined KCB full-time in May of 2023 after graduating from Otterbein University with a bachelor’s degree in Business Administration and Management. He is a third-generation carpenter and has been involved in the business his whole life. Mason enjoys the challenges of each project, creating connections and exceeding client’s expectations. Mason can be found working on the front end of projects with Travis and helping to facilitate progress on all projects for both current and past clients.

Natalie Thompson

Design Assistant

Natalie Thompson joined KCB in March of 2024 after obtaining a bachelor’s degree in communications from Ohio University. Her passion for home building first began when her father built her childhood home in Granville Ohio. Natalie plays an influential role in the conception and development of projects as part of our in-house design team. In her free time, she enjoys running, reading and spending time with her puppy.

Shari Ketron

Director of Design / Office Manager

Educated at The Ohio State University with a Bachelor of Science in Textile and Consumer Science and a focus in Product Development. Shari brings the softer side to the team. She works intimately with the clients on the front end of the design process and the selection of products, pulling all the elements together to create a beautifully finished product. From floor plans to furnishings, Shari ensures that no detail has been missed.
